  • Safeguarding Children Policy

At Playpals we recognise that the welfare of the child is paramount and take seriously our responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of the children in our care. We understand the importance of working in partnership with children, their parents/ carers and, where necessary, other agencies in order to do so.

Our DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) is Lynne Townend.

All members of the Senior Mangement Team are Deputising Safeguarding Leads.

If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately.

  • Late Pick Up

We are not registered or insured after 6.00pm and cannot keep any children after that time.

If you have any concerns, please contact us.

  • Sickness

If your child is unwell and due to be with us, please notify us through the famly app, or by phone.

If a child becomes unwell in our care we will contact the child’s parents or carers as soon as possible.

  • SEND and Inclusion

Playpals aims to welcome all children and adults into the Nursery, supporting their individual needs as appropriate.
